Filters are used as a secondary grouping for items in the Catalog. They allow quick access to sub groups of items according to the criteria you selected in the filter creation - such as inventory, price, item properties, promotions and more.
Filters are "Smart" - items will be presented in the Filter as long as they fulfill the criteria. Once they no longer fulfill the criteria they will not be presented.
Pepperi supports up to 250 filters.
You can also create multiple filters in one shot by property. See this article: How to Create Multi-filters
For example: If you set a filter with a price criteria of items between $30-50, and the price of an item decreases below $30 it will no longer be shown in that Filter.
If the price were to go back up in the future to fulfill the pricing criteria of $30-50 it will be included in the Filter again.
And so forth for all the criteria - inventory, Main category, Properties, Campaign, etc.
To sort the order of appearance of the filters in the Order Center see: How to sort Filters

Modify/Add any of the criteria:
Fill in a Filter name and Filter description.

Sort by: If you select a property to sort the items in the filter by please note that the sorting will take place alphabetically (and not numerically). For example if you have property values such as: : 1123, 121, 10200, 11044 they will be sorted alphabetically as follows: 10200, 11044, 1123, 121.
Filter by Properties (if you loaded properties for your items Prop 1-8)
For more on Sorting the items in your filter, see this article: Sorting Items in My Catalog
Select More Filter options:
By default all Main Category names (or Brand names) will be selected. You can filter by specific main categories if you don't want all main categories to be included in the filter results.
Select any Campaigns you want to filter by.
Select a Price range you would like to filter by.
Filter usage:
Select Sales Rep if this filter will be used by sales reps on a tablet.
Select Buyers is this filter will be used by buyers using Pepperi Storefront to place orders via a browser or through the Mobile Storefront on a tablet.
Select Sales Reps + Buyers if the filter will be used by both types of users.
Filter for matrix:
If you uploaded items with Dimensions, you can select if the Filter should base the criteria on the style/parent item or if the SKU level items should be considered.
If you select SKU level, then the filter criteria will be applied to the variants, not just the parent style. This means that if the variants of the style do not fulfill the filter criteria, they will not appear in the filter.
If you select style/parent then ALL variants of the style will appear in the filter if the style/parent fulfills the filter criteria. (this means you may have results of variants appearing in the filter that do not fulfill the filter criteria).
Sell-out filtering options are available if you are using our sell-out modules:
The "Inventory at store" value comes from the Account Item stock field. For details on this field see: Account Item Stock
