New Features
1) Campaign Enhancements - Package definition, Cross-sell & Upsell
Cross-sell & Upsell to your customers using newly added campaign types (previously called Special Offers).
a) Sum Total Package bonus Campaign: Spend X amount on a package and get bonus items.
b) Package with bonus item Campaign : When buying a package, specific bonus items will be added
2) Order PDF template preview
A preview button has been added to the Orders customization Template file tab, allowing you to preview the modifications made to your Order PDF as you are working (latest order will be displayed). You no longer have to upload the template and then go back to the orders section to see the modifications.
*Applies to xslt templates as well.
3) Handling of orders with deleted items
In the case that an item/s was deleted from an order submitted from the iPad an email will be sent to the sales rep containing the lines with deleted item/s.
ERP Integration Enhancements
1) Automatic image integration and Bulk upload of secondary images
SupeRep enables you to bulk upload up to 6 product images per item. The primary image can now be automatically fetched from your FTP server on a daily basis and update your catalog. Simply define your FTP server and the time of day for the process.
Up to five secondary images may also be uploaded in bulk. You define the file naming convention for secondary images and SupeRep will pull the updated images daily at the specified time.
2) Upload items – new management options
Ability to define optional modes of system behavior based on partial items load – if an item that was loaded to the system in the past and does not appear in the current upload.
a) Hide items not in latest items file option:
An option indicating that only items in the latest items file uploaded should appear in the catalog.
If the option is enabled - items that exist in the catalog and are not listed in the next items file loaded will be marked as Hidden.
If the option is disabled - existing items that are not listed in the next items file loaded will remain in the catalog.
Hidden items appear in the recycle bin area in the catalog on the Manager, however they are not accessible to the sales rep on the iPad.
The Manager may restore items from Hidden status by clicking on the restore button next to the item in the recycle bin.
*This setting will apply to customers uploading items via Excel files in the SupeRep Manager as well as those uploading via automated ERP integration.
*This behavior will be configured by your WRNTY project manager as part of the integration process.
b) Inventory value reset option:
An option indicating that the inventory value for all items is set to zero before loading an items file.
If the option is enabled – the inventory for all items will be set to zero, then the new file will be loaded with new inventory values. If an inventory value was not set for a particular item in the file that already exists in the catalog, it will remain zero.
If the option is disabled – the inventory for all items will remain as is, then the new file will be loaded with new inventory values. If an inventory value was not set for a particular item in the file that already exists in the catalog the existing inventory value will be retained.

*This behavior will be configured by your WRNTY project manager as part of the integration process.
3) Accounts with no ERP code entered upon creation will still be loaded and synced into the system.
When sales reps create new accounts on the iPad they will be loaded and synced even though the required ERP code field is not active on the Account creation screen on the iPad. The internal WRNTYID will be used to uniquely identify the Account.
*This also applies to Accounts uploaded via Excel and automated ERP integration
