CRM Custom Activities
Equip your sales reps with activities beyond the ones built in to SupeRep (Visit, Phone call, Picture Taking, Email, Reminder, Task and Order). Create your own additional Activity types - surveys, questionnaires, collection or any other activity related to your business. Build a form, define all the required fields, and design your own SupeRep Activity menu. Track these activities in dedicated reports
These new activities will be available on our next SupeRep release
- Create a new Activity type – define its name, description and icon.
2. Build your own form.
3. Add your own custom fields to the form.
4. Now – make sure your new Activity will be part of your reps workflow in SupeRep.
Account Special Price List
Managing unique prices for specific items per customer is now supported with an additional option in the pricing policy.
Load your customer’s special price list using the ERP integration. These special prices will override standard price levels and discounts and will be presented in the cart as the item’s price for the customer.
- View your Account Special Price list
2. Connect your Account to the Special Price list – using the Account setup.
The Activities dashboard can now help you analyze your reps business activity and productivity. Compare your reps by how many Activities they are executing by type.
You can now use this dashboard with date range and multi selection on reps and activity types
UI improvements – new Settings Menu
We are building a new user interface and the first stage is to collect all setting options in to one comprehensive Settings menu. It is still “under construction” and it will be even better in our next releases.
Under the new Settings menu you can find:
> Automated image uploader – pull your images automatically from your FTP site
> Map view – categorize your Accounts and give them a distinct color on the map.
> Account card – you can now customize the fields that appear in your Account details view.
> Account dashboard – build your own dashboard components in your account dashboard.
> Activity types – create your own Activity types
> SupeRep Activities menu – manage SupeRep menu and activities displayed.
4. Automated reports - send users a weekly status report
5. ERP Integration
> Upload data
UI Improvements – Reports
The reports are now gathered in one page enabling one view of both OOB (out of the box) pre-defined reports and your own customized reports.
