Most customers are using the new Activity Lists viewable in the Web App. The article below refers to the legacy Activity Lists. Please go to this article: Activity Lists (New)
Activity Lists are a list of all Pepperi activities and transactions that took place in your company’s Pepperi account. They are displayed in an easily configurable table format - including Rep orders, Buyer self-service orders, and any custom activities you may have created.
Create multiple lists in which you choose the types/statuses of Activities shown and the column headings in the Activities table.
Create as many lists as you need for each type of user (by profile) and display them in their Activities lists. For example, create specific lists for Admins, Reps, Buyers, or Merchandisers.
This article explains how to create lists and display them for the relevant profile.
Lists contain one or more types of activities and status. You can configure the columns to present the information to you in the most useful way, which you can then export to Excel.
Then you may drill down into each activity or transaction and view more details or edit.
This article will explain how to create and position Activity lists.
The Sales Activities list is shown under the Sales Activities section on the Pepperi Web Admin as well as on the Pepperi app in the Activities Dashboard.

You may also view History of Activity Statuses in the Pepperi Web Admin view of Activity Lists.
You can view the chronology of all statuses assigned to a Transaction or Activity since its creation using the Status History option in the Activities List.
Select any Transaction or Activity in the list and go to Action -> Status History.
You will see a list with very useful information about the previous statuses of the Transaction/Activity.
For each status you will see the status, the information of the user who changed the status and the client that the user made this change from (iPad, Android, Web Admin, etc.).
Submitted By Client Status
In addition to the statuses typically assigned to a Transaction or Activity such as In Creation, Revised, Submitted, etc.. there is also a SubmittedbyClient Status that means the Transaction/Activity was submitted at that time by a user on the tablet however the user was offline and it was not yet synchronized.
