Once you have made your online payment for Pepperi through the Pepperi Web Admin an additional menu item - "Subscription" - will be added in the settings for you to manage your subscription.
Please note that you can only pay in the Pepperi Web Admin if you are paying in US dollars by credit card. All other currencies and payment methods (such as bank transfers) require a separate payment link from Pepperi and cannot be managed in the back office.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have never made an online payment in the Pepperi Web Admin (you paid via a link from Pepperi) and you want to modify your subscription you will need to contact your account manager to receive a new link from Pepperi.
Alternatively, it is possible to enable this menu for you, after which you will be able to make all changes independently.
Go to the Settings wheel and then open the Subscription section at the bottom:
Upgrade Subscription - upgrade your plan to a higher level including more features.
Update Users - update the number to be the new TOTAL number of users you wish to have (for example: if you have 12 users, and you wish to add 2 users, put 14). Once you updated the number of users, you can then create the additional user names within Pepperi Web Admin. For instructions see: Manage Users
If you are on an annual plan and you are increasing the number of users, you will be billed for the NEW TOTAL amount of users for one year. You will be credited the amount you have paid for the previous total users for the remainder of the initial annual commitment.
Billing history - view a list of your invoices and billing history.
Change credit card - change the credit we bill you on.
The newly entered credit card will be billed on the next invoice.
Cancel my Subscription - cancels your subscription.
