Orders placed in Pepperi by sales reps can be sent as PDF or Excel files by email to destinations that you configure.
Configuration of the Cart Grid View is accomplished via Settings -> Sales Activities -> Transaction Types. Select the "Views and Forms" tab.
The Cart form allows you to configure which fields will appear on the Order table in the cart, the column titles/headings, sorting criteria, and column widths of the table.
You may customize the order table differently for the Sales Reps, Manager and the PDF form.
In the Views and Forms Tab, click on Cart -> Cart Grid View (edit pencil icon).
Edit the form you want to customize - Rep, Admin, Buyer or other profile (click on the pencil icon next to the name of form).
Also Edit the Cart - PDF View to include any fields or custom fields in the PDF view of the cart.
Sort Items in Cart by - Select the property you wish to Sort Items in the Order table (cart) by. You may sort by any of the fields that are present in the cart columns. Select Ascending/Descending for the sorting method.
Define the presentation mode when using matrix items - allows you to define if matrix items ordered should include a separate column indicating the quantity of each variant (size) ordered or if all variants should be listed together in one column.
(if you ordered 5 Small, 6 Medium, and 4 Large - should each size have its own column indicating the quantity, or should the total quantity be listed in one column as 15).
Layout - Add (click +) from Available Fields to the Layout section to indicate the columns of the Order table. After adding a field to the Layout section you may customize the column title by clicking on the edit pencil button to the right of the field name and change it to the column heading you require.
