The Accounts View allows you to view all Accounts in a list or map view. You can search, filter by any field (Smart Search), export to Excel.
Accounts List View
Sort the Accounts by clicking on the column you wish to sort by.
Filter the Accounts by properties on the left. For details on how to customize the filtering properties see: Smart Search settings.
Click Import to import Accounts via an Excel file. For details on the Excel file and the uploading process see this section: Upload Accounts.
You may add an Account individually by clicking on + Account and filling in the Account form.
This list view can be configured to include any columns you require.
Click on the Menu to the right to "Customize Accounts List" or "Export to Excel".
Customize Accounts List will take you to the Settings area where you can select the columns to include by dragging them to the Layout, edit their headings, widths, and set your sorting preferences (by which field and ascending/descending).
For example, if you drag the "Sales Reps" column to the layout you'll be able to see the sales reps assigned to the Account in the list.
Action Menu
Edit - edit Account information for the selected Account.
Delete - delete all selected Accounts (deleted accounts can be found in the Recycle Bin on the menu to the right:
Manage as Buyer - allows you to connect multiple Accounts as buyers if you want them to have access to Pepperi for Buyers for self-service online ordering.
The contacts for the Accounts will be listed and you can efficiently connect multiple buyers at once. For details on connecting contacts as buyers see: How to connect / disconnect buyers to self-ordering
Accounts Map View
Change to map view by clicking on the menu button
Searching and filtering in the map view is the same as in the list view.
You can set the pin color by a property of your choice. For details see: Setup map view with colored pins
