Version Highlights Summary
1. New view for Accounts:
- View accounts on map in Pepperi Web Admin
- Accounts List view with multi selection capabilities
2. Improved management of Buyers for self-ordering:
- Ability to connect multiple accounts as buyers
- Design your own welcome message to your buyers
3. Redesign of ERP integration log enabling fast tracking of errors and reloading of files.
1. New View for Accounts
You can now view Accounts in a brand new map view as well as a list in the Pepperi Web Admin!
Both views allow you to sort, search and filter your Accounts by properties.
For more details see Smart Search settings.
The Accounts List layout is customizable allowing you to include any fields you wish in the table.
For example:
- Add the "Sales Reps" column to see the reps assigned to each Account (you can also export the list to Excel).
- If you are using Activity Planning to schedule your reps visits and other activities add the Next/Last planned activity columns and filter/sort by those columns to see Accounts that may require attention.
For more details on the functions and menus in this view see: Accounts List and Map Views
2. Improved management of Buyers for self-ordering:
You can now manage your customers' access to Pepperi for Buyers very simply from this view using the multi-selection option.
Select several Accounts and then from the Action menu -> Manage as Buyers
A list of contacts for the Accounts will appear and you can select the ones you wish to connect as Buyers all at once.
(You must have contacts defined for Accounts in order to connect them as buyers. See this article for more detailed information: How to Upload Contacts for Accounts in Bulk).
You can also deactivate multiple buyers at once which removes their permission for self-ordering.
Click Connect as Buyer and you can then customize the welcome message and subject that is sent to invite the buyers to Pepperi for self-ordering:
3. Redesign of ERP integration log
Pepperi generates log files every time you upload a data file manually or via the automatic ERP integration.
Viewing, filtering and downloading your logs is now simpler.
Go to Settings -> ERP Interation -> Log
You can now download:
- Just the error lines in the file
- The whole log file
- The original file that was attempting to load when the log was generated
You can filter the list of logs by files containing failed lines, or files that failed to load all together.
ERP integration files, or CSV files for objects loaded via the ERP integration (such as Special Price Lists, Order history, contacts) have a new interface for loading.
Click Upload and a menu will appear where you can select the object you wish to load.
For more information about the objects you can upload via this interface see: ERP Upload Data
