Once you created your Activity Lists you need to define which ones should actually appear for the various views.

Do define the displayed lists go to Settings -> Sales Activities -> Activity List Display Options
You'll need to customize each of the forms to define which lists should appear in each view.
Sales Rep form - the Activity lists defined to appear here will appear in the Activities Dashboard of the Sales rep users of Pepperi.
Admin form - the Activity lists defined to appear here will appear in the Sales Activities menu in the Pepperi Web Admin and in the Account Dashboard Recent Activities menu.
Buyers form - the Activity lists defined to appear here will appear in the Sales Activities listed for Buyers using the online self service ordering.
For each form dag the Activity Lists you created to the Display layout. The list that is first in the layout will be the default list displayed when the Sales Activities are viewed.
