The Pepperi Web interface allows Sales Reps and Admin users to view Account history and create Activities and Transactions on a browser. This article will explain how to view Account history on a dashboard and how to create Transactions and Activities from the web interface.

How to view Account Dashboard on Pepperi Web Interface
Go to Accounts. Click on the Account Name and you will be presented with a list of the recent activities (default is 30 days back, select the date range you require in the heading) and the ability to Add any activities configured to appear for sales reps on the tablet.
All customizations you made to the Account Dashboard Layout - Header, Activities Toolbar, Activities Menu, Recent Activities) will appear on this screen. (For details on customizing the Account Dashboard: Account Dashboard Layout)
1. The Account Header information will appear across the top of the screen.
2. The Recent Activities will be shown according to the Activities List that is first in the layout of the Sales Activity List display option for the Admin form. For more on Activity List creation and display: Activity Lists
3. The Activities selected to appear in the Activities Toolbar will be available when you click on "+Add".
4. The Activities selected to appear in Activities Menu will be available when you click on the menu icon on the far right (in this example: Survey, Returns)
Export to Excel, Recycle Bin are default options available for your convenience.
Export to Excel will export the currently displayed list of Activities to Excel.
Recycle Bin will display deleted Activities, and allow you to restore them.
How to create an Activity or Transaction on Pepperi Web Interface
To create an Activity or Transaction click "+Add" and select it from the menu.
The Activity form or catalog will open.
Click "OK" to save as a draft and the Activity will remain "In Creation" Status.
Click "Submit" to change the status to "Submitted".
Email notification with attachments and ERP Integration workflows for the Activity Type will be triggered.
The catalog (or multiple catalog selection option) will open and begin adding quantities to your order. Click on Cart to review and submit your order.
