Pepperi Web Admin Release V8.3 has significant new features that make the administration and customization of Pepperi more efficient and robust.
- When loading items for deleted main categories, the categories are automatically un-hidden
- When finished loading items Excel file, the link to the error log is automatically displayed so you can view the details about any unsuccessful lines.
- When creating a custom combo-box field, you can now copy/paste all the menu options you require into the menu at once.
Please note that some features are currently implemented on the Web Admin only and will be supported on the tablets in the next release of the Pepperi app. You will be notified of the app release and then you may begin using the features.
You can now load translations for field titles in your forms and views. Users will be presented with the translations according to the language setting they selected on their tablet.
Please note that this feature is available if you have purchased the Corporate package of Pepperi or higher.
For example, if your initial Pepperi account was created and setup in German, this means that the field titles in your views and forms will all be in German.
For Sales Rep users who set their tablet language to another language, the hard coded Pepperi app text will certainly be displayed in that language, since the app runs in 11 languages; however, the field titles in your views and forms will remain in German.
There is a new easy interface that allows you to load CSV files with the translations of the field titles so that they will also be in the tablet's selected language.

Copy the form layout and titles of fields for any entity within Pepperi from one role to another.
The copy interface is simple and saves you clicking time!
Click "Copy Form" on the menu icon in the form layout you wish to copy:
Simply select which form to copy From and To:
Transaction types can be customized to allow updating the Account inventory of items during the time of the order.
This is in effect a stocktaking of the items at an Account that is automatically updated when an order is submitted.
Please note that the Pepperi Ultimate package is required for this capability.
The Update Account Stock option is set in the Transaction Type Workflows tab.
Automatically deduct the quantity ordered from the item's inventory upon order submission.
Once the order is synchronized to the Pepperi cloud, the updated item inventory value will be available to all users after they synchronize.
