This version's major new feature is the Chain Orders capability. Chain Orders allow you to create one order and then split it for multiple locations of an Account.
More features and enhancements are detailed below.
NOTE: Configuration of the new features listed here is available via the Pepperi Web Admin only. The features will be available to users on Pepperi for iOS in the upcoming app version.
Chain Orders allows you to efficiently create orders for multiple locations of an Account by splitting an a single order.
If you have Accounts with multiple locations or branches, you may create a “Parent” Transaction Type in Pepperi that enables you to add items in the order to multiple accounts.
You will be able to select the locations that split orders should be created for. You may configure the settings to be duplicated to each split order. Once the order is split, you can review the shopping cart for each split order and submit it.
For details on how to load Accounts with multiple locations see: Upload Accounts with chain stores / branches
To enable the Transaction Type to allow split orders, go to the Settings tab of the Transaction Type:
Check ‘Enable Distributed Order’
Split orders Transaction Type: Select the Transaction Type that the split orders created should be based on. All configurations, workflows and settings for the split orders will be taken from this Transaction Type.
On Split open Activity List: Once the order is split, an Activity List displaying all the split orders will be displayed. Select the Activity List to be opened when the orders are split.
You may create a dedicated Activity List and configure the columns accordingly. For details on creating and configuring Activity Lists, see: Sales Activity Lists
The new Transaction Lines report allows you to view all line items ordered for all Accounts. It is accessed from
Tools Menu -> Reports

You may export to Excel in order to manipulate the data and create any reports you need.
Configure the columns and headings of the report. Select the columns from the available fields list. The fields now include Account fields, and custom fields.
Set the column widths and sorting.
Activity Lists can now be viewed in a convenient and great looking format called Master-Detail.
The left pane of the screen will display the list of Activities, and selecting an Activity will open its full detailed view on the right pane. Similar to many applications you are familiar with such as email clients or invoicing systems.
This view will be available in the next iOS version of the Pepperi app for iPads and iPhones.
The Phone field in the Accounts file is validated to ensure it contains only valid phone number characters.
It may include the digist 0-9, - + . # * , () and the space character. If the field includes a non-allowed character it will return an error message for that line.
