Connect to Pepperi from any browser. Taking advantage of the speed and responsive design of the Pepperi web interface, the functionality of all the user profiles is now available on the Managers App. Users such as customer service or office staff will find this interface convenient to accomplish day to day tasks.
Log in to https://app.pepperi.com from any browser and create Orders and Activities, view Accounts, Activity Lists, Contact and User lists. Whether a rep, admin or any other profile, the user will be able to view all the data (orders, activities) in these lists for the Pepperi users that are part of their team - that are defined within Pepperi as managed by their role ( Role Hierarchy).
To get started with the Managers App, follow the instructions below.
Users logging in to the Managers app (including buyers using the self service Storefront) have a dedicated home screen configuration. Configure a background image to be shown as the home screen upon login. For detailed instructions see: Company Branding - Logo and Home Screen
Activity Lists allow you to create reports of all Pepperi activity in your company.
They may be viewed on the mobile app as well as on the web app. You may create as many lists as you need, and configure their permissions so they are displayed to the relevant users (managers, buyers, reps, etc.).
Examples of Activity List reports:
- Submitted Sales Orders over the past 6 weeks
- Orders still In Creation by Storefront buyers placing self-service orders
- Orders over $5,000.00 submitted by customers
- Quotes that are still open for your top customers
- Photos taken at stores (in a cards view list with enlarge-able thumbnail images)
- A map view of the visits performed at stores by sales reps, with locations of the visits displayed as pins on the map based on geolocation at the time of the visit.
Activity Lists in the manager's app include Audit Logs (for admins only) to view changes made to any activity.

NOTE: even if you are not yet using the NEW Activity Lists, you should still be viewing your Activity Lists in the webapp and not in the back office Studio.
View all the Pepperi user activity in your organization.
Pepperi users logging in to the Managers app can view User Lists. The lists can be searched by any field. The users' passwords may be reset from the list, and a log of the last sync time and Pepperi version on their device may be viewed (see below). Admin users will see all users in the lists. If role hierarchy is configured the viewer will see all users under their role. Upon creation, each list is filtered by any user property (such as profile).
For example, create lists for a regional manager of all of the sales reps she manages, and all the merchandisers she manages. The lists are conveniently accessed from a button on the home screen.

You can also change a user's password from the menu (see user log below).
User Log and Password
For each user you can view a log indicating the following information about their device usage:
- Last Access Date Time
- Last Successful Sync Time
- Pepperi Version
- Device OS Version
- Device ID (unique identifier of the physical device)
- Client Type
Select the user on the list and from the menu select User Log.
Selecting Reset Password will send the user an email with a new password. (See Reset password email).
Contact Lists allow you to manage all of your Account contacts in the Pepperi Managers App. GDPR (or other data protection regulations) require you to have the ability to search for and permanently delete your individual's contact data from your Pepperi data upon their request. Contact Lists enable you to do this. After creating the lists following the instructions below, you will be able to permanently delete your contacts upon their request.
