As a Data Processor, we provide our customers the ability to search for their customers’ data in their Pepperi account and to permanently delete this personal contact data from the Pepperi Backend. This ability is available on our Managers App on a browser.

New Terms and Conditions are in effect as of May 25, 2018. Pepperi admins will be prompted to opt-in and accept the new terms upon first login to the Pepperi back office.
How does Pepperi address requests for deletion of personal data?
It is our customers responsibility to act upon any delete requests they will receive from end users. In case requests for deletion will be received directly to Pepperi (bypassing the data owner) they will be processed by us and a notification will be sent to the account admin.
What happens to historical data (cloud backups)?
Data deletion requests/actions performed through Pepperi UI will be deleted from the running backend system. As for backup sets, we will roll forward the deletion tasks in case we restore them to the running backend.
