You can now block users from being able to add new Accounts in the app by removing the “+” button on the Accounts list.
To remove this option, make sure that the Account Type does not have a “New” status defined in its Workflow. For example:
The Workflow should begin from In Creation, and then the + sign will automatically not show, as can be seen below:
You now have the option to view the recent Activity List in the Account Dashboard instead of the Sales/Top Items or other BI charts you may have configured. You may have users who would rather see the list because the charts are not relevant for their needs, and don’t provide them with useful information about the customer.
For example: merchandizers who are using Pepperi to enter store audit reports, photos, visit reports etc.
To enable this just remove all charts and widgets (BI) configured to appear in the Account Dashboard configuration (this may be done per profile of course).
The list of Activities is the list configured to be shown as "Recent Activities" for this profile. Recent Activities list is configured in Account Dashboard configuration in the Recent Activities tab.
An Account Dashboard with the recent activity list rather than charts:
Ever wanted to change the quantities or discounts on multiple items in one go?
You can now do this in the shopping cart, by multi-selecting items in the cart and editing the unit quantity, or any other editable field (that is not marked read only).
Tap Edit in the shopping cart, multi-select the line items, tap on the pencil icon to select the column to edit.
You may now configure the labels and layout of the Order Center View Menu as well as the Cart View Menu.
Define which views are available and which are hidden from the users.
For example, don’t display the Barcode view if your users don’t scan in items as shown below:
Another example is not to display the Matrix view in the Cart if you don’t sell styles with variants. This will make things simpler for your users, shown below:
You may now show/hide any fields you wish from the Item Information Page footer. Whereas previously the footer automatically contained a quantity selector, you may now remove it, and add other fields, or just leave it without any fields displayed.
This is especially helpful if you want to make a catalog for display only purposes – and to block the quantity selector from appearing in all catalog viewsto prevent item quantities from being entered to a shopping cart.
Go to Settings -> Transaction Types and edit the Transaction type that you wish to make read only. Under Order Center Views edit the Item Information Page Footer view layout to include/exclude the fields you require.
Users can now quickly order the same quantities of different colors of a style.
Copy Paste is now supported in the matrix view. Just tap and hold on the color row.
