Select the size and format settings for the Slideshow.
Transition duration, type, time
For each slide select the Title, Subtitle, font, overlay
Use the Assets Manager to upload images and select the image for each slide.
Asset file names should NOT contain spaces, or "+" sign
Buttons and Scripts
Slides can have up to 2 buttons
The buttons link to the catalog for ordering.
Each button runs a script that opens a new Activity or Transaction. See script parameters information below.
There is a sample script attached for Creating and Navigating to a new Transaction or Item Details page. Note: the script parameters need to be added manually.
atd_name - name of the Transaction Type to open (ie "Sales Order", "B2B", etc)
catalog_name - name of the Catalog to use in the Transaction Type
status_list - the equivalent of the "Validate History" action in the Transaction Workflow. Enter "1" if you wish to check for orders already "In Creation" status and automatically open an open order. Leave blank to open a new order each time.
NOTE: Do not use the Validate History action in the workflow of the Transaction Type you are using in scripts. All validations should be handled by the script. If you have a "Validate History" action in your Transaction workflow in new -> In Creation status transition, delete it, and add "1" in the "status_list" parameter.
filter - the filter parameter from the URL of the catalog
view_type - a specific view (Medium, Grid Line, etc.) to open in the catalog
To find parameters, open the catalog to the filter you would like to link to, and copy the URL.
The filter parameter is the value in the URL highlighted below - the CurrentTab= parameter.
The view_type parameter - after &ViewType in the URL example below.
account_uuid - Account UUID will be taken by default from the logged in account. However for debugger/testing you can enter an Account UUID
item_uuid - if you want the user to be directed to a specific Item Information page, enter the UUID of the specific Item Information Page you wish to open the catalog on. To find the UUID, browser the catalog and click on the Item Information of the item. The UUID is the part of the URL after the "item_details". For example:
