    Hi 

    The "Support" link from the backend was programmed to open in a new tab. In addition, the contextual "Learn More" and the "?" links to the support articles also automatically open in a new tab. Therefore, I am unable to recreate this scenario (in both Chrome and Firefox).

    Which browser are you using?

    I have seen an issue before if you have a pop-up blocker, it may prevent sites from opening in a new tab. Do you have any special pop-up blocker installed? Can you add https://support.pepperi.com/hc/en-us as an exception in the pop-up blocker settings and see if it makes a difference? Or temporarily disable the pop-up blocker to check if it allows the new tab?

    The backoffice shall 'support' open in new tabs.

    We want to open multiple tabs/windows of web backoffice UI.

    Thanks for clarifying. This is a complex feature to develop. We have looked into it in the past and the decision was made to focus efforts on other important features.

    Of course and decision was right.

    Current workaround: open Pepperi in different browsers

    • Edge = Support
    • Firefox = Backoffice
    • IE = Settings

    I would like to see this improved too.

    I can open 20+ NetSuite tabs without any licensing or concurrent login issues.
