Some of our customers are located in areas with no cellular coverage. The user will process the order as normal and see the "your order will be synced when back online" message.
The problem here is that this message implies that Pepperi will automatically sync this order when the device reaches cellular coverage again. However this is not the case and requires the user to open the Pepperi app and sync manually.
We have found that if our users visit a customer last on their route with no coverage, they forget to open the Pepperi app and manually sync. The order is then missed for delivery.
Can this be improved in some way? Perhaps a push notification service could run to check the app for orders that have been started but no synced.
