When I complete my route planning, inevitably the daily schedule doesn't go as planned and I'm forced to make adjustments to client visits by shifting the time/day. This is always down on an iPad while working my territory. However, this secondary edit to the time/day gets submitted BUT I cannot get the adjusted times/day to update on my iPhone calendar. All apps get refreshed, iPhone calendar has turned on access for Pepperi, and I've even been as desperate as to use the Support Tools>Resync. But none of these update the latest times/dates of my scheduled client visits planned in the Pepperi route planner. Any suggestions would be great!
