We are having issues where our reps submit orders without having the most up to date pricing synced. When the order gets transmitted, a sync happens. When they look back once they are notified of a problem, it appears to them they have the pricing correct in their app, and blame the technology when in fact the most likely explanation is that they were out of sync, and the sync that brought their order in also updated their pricing.
I'd like to have a way to include the last sync date that is found in the upper right corner of the screen as a field that can be added to an order template so we can transmit, and monitor such activities.
