We request to have a Route Planning section where you can configure the sales rep routes with recurrence so everyday the daily customer visit list is displayed in their dashboard.
This feature we recommend as follows:
- Option to place a recurrence (Daily, Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, Every 3 Weeks, Every 4 Weeks, Etc.) Normally the sales cycle is 4 Weeks, so appointing the frequency intervals for visit is a must. (Typically customers are visited the same day [Example Monday] with recurrent intervals ranging from 1 - 4 weeks
- Not needing to specify a time of visit, but rather a visit order would be a great option (Time is relative to the issues presented in each visit, so basically a visit order is mostly used)
- Only being able to see the actual customer in the order visit is ideal, as this way the rep simply executes the visits without knowing which is your last customer of the day or which is your next (Clearly it will be setup with a smart logic to optimize time). This provides the option to truly administrate the rep and not let him change the customer visit order. If the first visited customer is closed or not available, he should simply mark a "Visit" action with the proper justification (Customer Closed, Buyer Absent, Etc.) and only after this action is completed the NEXT customer in the list would be visible. (Having this setup this way will allow the supervisor to know what is the true daily sales route of its rep and schedule a surprise visit to the customers that will be visiting later that day without the possibility of not finding the rep in the correct route list order.
We feel the route planner features need improvement VS today's configuration, so please focus on this section of Pepperi.
