    @Daryl

    Can you please clarify where exactly the orders are submitted?

    Also, what is the exact workflow of taking phone orders?

    Would be appreciated for a fuller response from our end,

    Tx

    Hi Merav

    The internal sales department uses the Pepperi backoffice to take orders for their customers (restaurants). They proactively call the customer to take their order over the phone.

    There are e.g. 4 different Mozzarella in the catalog and the customer might say on the phone "I want the one I always take". Thus it would make sense to see his most frequently ordered products in a dedicated catalog section (filter).

    Currently the internal sales needs to go back to the previous orders and see what the restaurant has purchased the last time which is very unhandy sind restaurants are usually in a hectic situation and don't have time to wait during order taking.

    Thanks for the detail.

    I was wondering, would it be helpful to include the "Last Order Quantity" and "Last Order Date" in the Gridline view on the back office and sort by one of those to have the recently ordered items on top of the list?

    One more - what about sorting the filters by descending "Account Sales" ?

    Maybe that could work to recude "pain" at the moment. I'd need to discuss it with the customer. Nevertheless I think the feature would be nice.
