    Hello Bruno

I understood that you have items that are "sold out" and you want to mark them with an "X" or similar if they are ordered.

Before we address this I want to understand, what does "sold out" mean in your inventory? Does it mean inventory=0? Does it mean the item is no longer available in your catalog at all and will no longer be allowed for sale? Why display these items at all in your catalog? Pepperi allows you to hide such items.

If it's related to inventory=0 I can suggest not to display these items in the filters to begin with. Set an inventory contraint of "> 0" on your filters, and when items are not in stock they won't be displayed, when their inventory is updated to >0 they will automatically re-appear of course.

You can also set an Inventory alert on your Transaction. When quantities are ordered of an item that is out of stock they will be either marked in red, or automatically adjusted to the quantity that is on hand - as shown in this article: Using in-order alerts

    Thank you

    Merav

Currently you are loading new photos manually to these products?

You can use Pepperi's automated image uploader , so you can put these "sold out" photos on your FTP folder and Pepperi will automatically load them.
