    The only way to do this right now, would be to have the rep create the new customer and select the Price Level from a drop down list, and then run a rule in the workflow before the new customer is submitted that it is actually the allowed (default) price level. If it is not, the rep will be notified with a pop up message, and he will have to select the correct one in order to submit the new customer.
