Problem:
Orders have been placed in Pepperi but are not coming into Quickbooks
Solution #1:
Make sure Quickbooks doesn't have any dialog box open. If the server where the Quickbooks plugin is installed has quickbooks open with a dialog box waiting for user action, orders will not go in.
Quickbooks doesn't allow 3rd party software to connect to Quickbooks if a dialog box is open. Release the dialog box and orders should go in correctly.
Solution #2:
Check that the Pepperi scheduler is running under the Windows task bar.
If it isn't, that's our issue. You can run it again by searching for the scheduler icon under the windows Start Bar -> Programs -> Startup
Or if that's easier for you, just restart the computer and it will come back up on its own
