Explanation of Account Fields – Pepperi Support

Note: Account ID and Account Name are the mandatory fields.

ID	WrntyID	Text Box	Read only, you cannot upload a value for WrntyID
Account ID	ExternalID	Text Box	The customer ID number, or code. This is a mandatory field. A unique code must be used for each account.
Creation Date	CreationDate	Date and Time	Read only
Name	Name	Text Box	Name of the Account. A mandatory field
Phone	Phone	Text Box	Phone number
Mobile	Mobile	Text Box	Mobile phone number
Fax	Fax	Text Box	Fax number
Email	Email	Email	Account email – the email address that notifications will be sent to (such as order notifications with PDF attachment)
Government ID	GovID	Text Box	The official government ID of the company (if required)
Parent ExID	ParentExternalID	Text Box	The ERP code of the account that this account is a branch of – must be the ID of an existing account. Discount	Discount	Percentage	Account discount – will be the default discount applied to each order for this account. A percentage.
Price list name	PriceLevelName	Dropdown	Price level associated to this account (according to the price lists names loaded in the PL file)
Special price list name	SpecialPriceListName	Dropdown	Special Price level associated to this account (according to the price lists names listed in the SPL file)
Debts 30	Debts30	Real Number	The actual debt amount of the account by periods – 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, more than 90 days
Debts 60	Debts60	Real Number	“
Debts 90	Debts90	Real Number	“
Debts above 90	DebtsAbove90	Real Number	“
Property 1 - 5	Prop1 Prop2 Prop3 Prop4 Prop5	Dropdown	Up to 5 Account properties. These properties can later be used to color-code your Accounts on the map view. If you do not need to color code map pins, use Custom Fields instead.
Type	Type	Text Box	The type of Account (for multiple Account types only, used for multiple warehouses, van sales inventory management)
Hidden	Hidden	Boolean	Indicate if Account should be hidden or not 1/0
