Account fields is a list of all fields associated with Accounts, including custom fields.
The fields can be displayed on the Account form, Account Header and Account Card layouts, as well as in Transaction forms or Activity Lists.
The fields can be imported and exported as part of automatic ERP integration with Pepperi (if you have configured this).
To view/edit Account fields and add custom fields:
Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Fields
To edit an existing field, click on the edit icon (pencil).
The API Name is the name used in the file when importing and exporting this field in the automatic ERP Integration for your Accounts.
Field API Name: If you choose to export this field this is the heading that will be exported to your ERP system as part of the automatic integration (TSA prefix mandatory).
Field Mapped Name: If you choose to import this field from your ERP system this is the heading that will be imported to Pepperi as part of the automatic integration.
To add a custom field:
Click on Add Custom Field. Select the field type - Single Line Text, Limited Line Text, Date, Number, etc. .
Enter the required information for each field type.
Once you have created the custom field, position it in the Account Header, Account Card or Account forms layout.
