Payments made by Accounts can be uploaded via a CSV file.
Go to Settings -> ERP Configuration -> Upload Data and select "Payment" from the pull down menu.
Load your payments file in the format specified below.
|ExternalObjectID||Payment ID number (assigned by distributor)|
|Prop_ExternalID1_Store||Account ERP code|
|Prop_Currency||Currency of the payment (Use Currency letter codes USD, GBP, AUD, JPY, etc...)|
|Prop_Ref||Invoice number that the payment refers to. Can be text and/or numbers|
|Prop_Comment||Comment for the payment|
|Prop_PaidSum||The paid sum of the debt|
|Prop_DebtSum||The sum of the debt|
