User Targets are a legacy function that needs to be enabled by your Customer Success manager. If you wish to use Targets contact us to enable the add on.
FIRST: Make sure in the Transaction Types you wish the Targets to include are selected in the "Sales Dashboard Settings"
Go to Sales Activities -> Sales Dashboard Settings
Select the Transaction Types and the Statuses you wish to be included in the targets calculation.
To set up Sales Rep Targets:
Go to Settings -> Data -> Manage User Targets section
In the Sales Rep targets tab select a row with the sales rep name in the top section, and enter their monthly targets in the"monthly targets" table below by clicking in the box for each month and entering a value - the Total will be automatically updated.
Uploading Targets File
You can upload an Excel file with targets for all your reps in bulk.
- Select the All Sales Reps tab
- Export the existing Excel file
- Modify it to include all reps.
- Import it.
- Targets will be immediately visible.
NOTE: If you are using with 1 user only acting as Admin and Sales rep, you will not be able to set targets.
To view Dashboards with Reps Targets:
Go to Dashboards -> Reps Targets
View the Reps Target sales and Actual sales by month in the top graph (select month from menu).
Blue - Target sales amount
Red - Actual amount if below target
Green - Actual amount if above target
View Individual Reps Targets and Revenue in the bottom graph (select a sales rep from the menu).
Sales reps can view their targets on their device in their Sales Dashboard in a chart with the current month's sales vs. actual or in an annual chart showing all defined targets.
The black line on the month chart indicates the progression of days in the month.
