If your iPad is showing the wrong item image for an item, then something went wrong when you synced your iPad.
Go to the About section on the login page of the App and click Re-sync.
This will re-sync all data from scratch and solve your problem. Keep in mind that it may take a little while because it is syncing as if it's the first time it is retrieving all data, not just the updated information.
