The first sync of Pepperi should be done from a WIFI connection only (not 3G). Subsequent syncs may be done via 3G.
If you have problems syncing the iPad App, or the sync is taking too long, please follow these steps:
Press the settings wheel on the App home-page and press Support Tools -> Resync.
Wait until the Resync operation completes.
If that doesn't solve your problem, please delete the app and download it again.
Please note that if the download icon in the top bar of the iPad next to the wi-fi / 3G is working the app is still syncing data from the cloud.
Please make sure that you have a good Internet connection while carrying out these procedures.
