The first sync of Pepperi should be done from a WIFI connection only (not 3G). Subsequent syncs may be done via 3G.
If you have problems syncing the Pepperi App on your tablet, or the sync is taking too long:
Tap the settings gear on the App home-page and go to support tools -> Resync. Wait until the Resync operation completes.
If that doesn't solve your problem, please send your database to support, and contact Pepperi support by opening a ticket. Do not delete the app as you may lose locally submitted transactions.

Please note that if the download icon in the top bar of the iPad next to the wi-fi / 3G is circling the app is still syncing data from the cloud.

Please make sure that you have a good Internet connection while carrying out these procedures.
Other issues that may cause a failed sync:
You will no be able to sync if Main Categories have not been assigned to the user OR if no Filters at all exist in your Catalog.

To check Main Categories, go to Setup -> Settings - > Users
Select the User and verify that at least 1 Main Category is assigned.

To check Filters go to Catalog and make sure at least one filter exists. Even if you do not require Filters, you can create one called "ALL" that includes all the products.
