Upload up to 6 images for each item in your catalog. Each image can be up to 5MB.

To upload additional images go to the Settings -> Data -> Manage Catalog section on the Pepperi Web Admin.

Click on the "Upload Images" button for the item.

In this same screen you can also Upload File Attachments and Links for Items.

Upload the additional images one at a time. Remove images by clicking on the Remove image button.

The first image in the list will be the top image displayed in the catalog view.

The additional images will be displayed in "Filmstrip View" in the order center.

For items that have 2 Dimensions, you can upload a Color specific image for each color

(Dimension 1) that the item comes in.

For example, if a shirt comes in 5 different colors you can:

1) Upload an item specific image of the shirt in each color to show in the matrix view. The item specific images can be uploaded in bulk using the same process as uploading the main image. See the article: How To Bulk Upload Images

2) You can upload a color "box" (a solid image of the color the shirt comes in) to be used for every instance of that color in your catalog (across all items).

The Dimension 1 images, which associate a color "box" with all instances of a particular color in your catalog, are uploaded manually as a one-time process.

Uploading item specific images:

Upload the files you wish to associate with color combinations of items using the bulk image upload.

The files must be named with the item code of the particular color/size combination item code.

For example: If you have a "style" NR-10025 (main style code) that comes in size 36, 38 and 40 and colors red, black and white:

You have the "variant" item codes: NR-10025-36-R, NR-10025-36-B, NR-10025-36-W, NR-10025-38-R, NR-10025-38-B, NR-10025-38-W, NR-10025-40-R, NR-10025-40-B, NR-10025-40-W

You only need to upload ONE of the child item code image files per color. (An image for each size in that color is not required because sizes do not have images).

In this example you would only need to upload one image for the color White - either NR-10025-36-W.jpg OR NR-10025-38-W.jpg OR NR-10025-40-W.jpg

The file names must correspond to these "child" item codes. Same requirements apply as far as size < 5MB.

Example file names: NR-10025-36-R.jpg, NR-10025-36-B.jpg, NR-10025-36-W.jpg, etc. . .

Upload these by bulk and they will appear next to the color name on the matrix (you can zoom in on them as well, just like any other image on the app).

Uploading a color "box" image:

Go to Settings -> Items -> Variant Dimensions

In the Dimension1 tab, tick the color you wish to load a "swatch" for adn select Action -> Edit. Upload the color swatch image. The image must be 98 x 74 pixels in size, in JPG, GIF or PNG format.

The new color "swatch" image will be displayed on the matrix view for all instances of this color in your catalog.
