You may want to add additional fields of information about a catalog such as: catalog manager, catalog season, catalog minimum order, and catalog name in a different language than your default Pepperi language.
The field values can also be imported and exported as part of automatic ERP integration with Pepperi (if you have configured this).
The fields added can then be displayed on the catalog form in Pepperi B2B Web storefront, or in the Order PDF.
Here is an example of a catalog form in Pepperi Web Storefront with custom fields Catalog Manager(email field) and Catalog Notes(paragraph text field):
To add a custom field, go to Settings -> Catalogs -> Fields
Click Add Field:
Select the field type - Single Line Text, Limited Line Text, Date, Number, etc.
Enter the required information for each field type.
Press Save.
To edit an existing field, click on the edit icon (pencil) and modify the field label.
The Label is the title of the field that will appear on any screen on which the field is displayed.
The API Name is the name used in the file when importing and exporting this field in the automatic ERP Integration of your data.
Once you have added a field, you must position it on the catalog form and enter a value on the catalog form for the field.
Go to Settings -> Catalogs -> Edit Form
Edit the Admin form and add the field to the layout.
Now, go to Catalogs -> Manage Catalogs
Edit each catalog for which the custom field needs to display a value and type in the value for the field:
