To configure settings related to Pepperi's Xero Addon log in to Pepperi's Xero management tool:

You'll be presented with a dashboard that allows you to:
- Test the connection from Pepperi to Xero
- Data Sync information/ Re-sync capability
- Set Invoice Status Code
- Set Invoice Account Code

Connection Status - will appear with a green check mark if the connection from Pepperi to Xero is working.
Test Connection - allows you to test the connection to Xero and returns a green check in the status if it is working.
Re-connect - allows you to re-connect if you lost your connection for any reason, for example: the connection from Xero was reset.
Go to My Catalog - opens a new browser tab with your Pepperi catalog of items.
Data Sync
Data is synchronized from Xero to Pepperi every 3 hours by default.
If you have urgent data to sync you can force a sync by using the Re-Sync button.
Re-Sync - will re-synchrnoize the Items and Account data from Xero to Pepperi immediately. The Sync Status will be updated indicating success (green) or failure (red).
Next/Last sync date/time:
Sync Status: Green (successful sync) or Red (unsuccessful sync)
Settings
Invoice Status Code - allows you to set which status code invoices should be assigned when Pepperi orders are loaded to Xero (DRAFT, SUBMITTED, AUTHORIZED, OTHER..)
Invoice Account Code - allows you to set which invoice account code should be assigned to each invoice line. The options presented in the menu are taken from the settings in your Xero organization.
If you don’t select anything it will take the default that is defined in Xero.
