Send Pepperi emails from your own email domain

Emails sent from Pepperi can be sent using Pepperi's SMTP server or from your own domain with your own "From" and "Reply to" address.

You can configure Pepperi to use your own SMTP server for Transaction and Activity PDFs, notifications and invitations that are sent by email. 

To configure go to: Settings -> Company Profile -> Email Settings

Select "Custom SMTP"

Display Name - the name that will be displayed as the sender of the email

Email - the email of the sender (will be the From and Reply to address)

SMTP Server - your SMTP server name

Port - the port your SMTP server functions on (the default SMTP port is 25)

Authentication -

User name and password of the user required to authenticate the connection to the SMTP server.

Select a Security mode - SMTPS or STARTTLS

You may need to consult your IT admin to verify some of the settings.

To test the SMTP server connection click Test Email and enter an email recipient to send the test to.
