The Netsuite service password may need to be updated from time to time. A wrong password may cause Pepperi Transactions to be declined.

To update the Netsuite service password via Pepperi Studio:

Settings -> ERP Integration -> Plugin Settings -> General Settings -> NetSuite Web Service Password -> Edit
