Provide your tele-sales and field sales reps a view that shows them them orders their customers started but did not end up submitting.
The rep can then interact with the customer to help him conclude the order he started to place.
The view is simply an Activity List that filters B2B Storefront transactions that contain items in the cart, but weren't submitted.
(To create this type of Activity List you must be using the New Activity Lists. Contact support to activate this for you.)
To create this list:
Go to Settings -> Sales Activities -> Activity Lists (New) and click +Create New List
Filters:
1) Activity Type Name = B2B order transaction name
AND
2) Status = In Creation
AND
3) Quantities Total > 0 (only carts with Items)
Sort by: Action Time, Descending – see the most recent In Creation orders first
Configuration: Add fields to the columns of the report.
Suggested fields:
- ID
- Account Name
- Activity Type
- Buyer Name (this is actually the field Sales Rep Name with the title edited to say "Buyer Name" since Pepperi saves the Buyer's info in the Sales Rep Fields)
- Action Time
- Total
- Quantities Total
- Status
Permission: In the Permission tab make the list available to all profiles you require: Field Reps, Tele-sales Reps, Territory managers, Admins, etc.
