Item Lists allow you to create lists of Items, filtered by any field. Item lists are mainly used in the Trade Promotions (Item, Package, Order) configuration for selecting items to participate in promotions.
They may also be used as a reference list of items loaded to Pepperi. The list can be exported to Excel.
Note: there is no drill down capability in the Item List. It is a table list presenting the Items only.
Filtering and searching should be configured on these lists, so that it's easy to find the item(s) you wish to select for the campaigns.
Configuration of Items list includes:
- List layout (columns)
- Smart Search (filtering)
- Search bar (the fields you can search the list by)
Go to Settings -> Items -> Item Lists -> Create New List
Name: name the list
Description: a short description of the list
List view type:
Table - grid view
Card - card layout
Sort By: select a field to sort the list by, click A->Z for ascending or descending
Filter: define which values should be used to filter the list
After entering the General Info, click Save and the Configuration tab opens.

Smart Search - configure the fields you wish to filter this list by in the Smart Search
Configure the List Search
To be able to search the list in the search bar by item code or any other field you wish, add fields to the Search configuration.
Go to Items -> Item Lists -> Configuration -> Search
Add the fields you wish to search Item Lists by (the Search is configured once for all lists, while Smart Search is configured per list).
Next, make sure to make the list available to the relevant profiles.
Go to the Permission tab in the main Items Lists screen and add the lists you created to the relevant user profiles.
