Analyze sales trends and see what each of your customers is buying. Measure trade promotion effectiveness and track line-items by delivery/supply dates. Track items ordered by sales channel, or any other property or grouping using Pepperi's Order Lines Sales Reports.
While Pepperi Activity Lists provide reports of the Transactions, Line Item Reports provide analysis by order lines, allowing you to create lists of line-item sales, filtered by any field, per customer and global. Line Item Reports can be exported to Excel from the Web App.
The reports currently work on the native apps when your device is online only.
Create reports such as:
- Items purchased in the last month
- Items not yet delivered
- Items purchased as part of an Item or Package Promotion (Promotion effectiveness)
- Items purchased from a specific subcategory
- Items purchased on B2B eCommerce site VS. items purchased from a sales rep

Create Transaction Line Reports
Transaction Line Reports are created in the same way that all the Generic Lists such as Account Lists and Activity Lists are created.
In the Pepperi Back Office:
Go to Settings -> Sales Activities -> Transaction Line Reports
Click Create New List
Name - name the list
Description - description for your reference
List view type - select Table - a grid view with configurable columns (Card and Line are not relevant for Line Item reports).
Sort By - indicate which field to sort the list by and ascending/descending. For example, sort by descending Unit Quantity to see the top ordered items for that date range on top.
Secondary Transaction List - select an existing Activity List. The line items from all the Transactions included in the selected Activity List will be displayed. Make sure you have the relevant Activity List already created.
NOTE: The default date range of the selected Transaction List will be the default date range of the Line-item report (you may want to create a dedicated Transaction Activity List for this purpose).
Filter - add filters for the lines to be displayed in the list. Select Line Item fields, Item Fields, or Transaction Fields.
In the example below the report displays Line Items of all Transactions from the "All Sales Transactions" Activity List submitted in the last 30 days.
Click Save
In the Configuration tab configure the layout of the report, including the List View, Smart Search and Totals box and Expanded Totals.
Totals Box - total up to 2 fields for all lines in the report. For example: Total Quantity, and Total Sum
List Smart Search - filter the line items by any field
List View - configure the fields in the line item report. You can include Account, Transaction, and Line-item fields.
Expanded Totals - when expanding the totals box on (on the webapp) additional numerical field totals can be displayed. For example, you can total the total sum in currency of the displayed line-items in the Totals box, and then add Unit Quantity to be totaled in the Expanded Totals box. Select a numerical field(s) for the Expanded Totals configuration.
Click Save on the General Info and go to the Permissions tab to make the reports available to the various profiles.
