Pepperi default Status names (such as In Creation, Submitted, Revised, ERP, etc.) can be changed to names that suit your business needs, or translated to another language.

Statuses are given to Transactions and Activities at every step in the Workflow. When an Order or Activity transitions from one status to another the actions defined in the Workflow will be triggered.

The Statuses are also displayed in the Activity Lists, and are sent to the ERP.

Note that not all the status names can be changed, for example: New, and Waiting for Approval are statuses you cannot change.

Once you change the status names and create your workflow, all the activities with that status name will change to the new status name, so be careful this may have implications on your ERP integration or Workflow. Make sure to test the Workflow after changing status names.

To change Status names go to Settings -> Configuration -> Statuses

Edit each name you wish to change.

Note that the Status ID number will remain the same.
