Pepperi sends an email notification to all its customers when there is scheduled system maintenance during low business activity (weekends/holidays), as well as any downtime incidents. (You do not need to subscribe on the status page to receive these emails, they are sent directly from Pepperi to all customers).
You can also subscribe to receive critical incident notifications via SMS messages to your mobile phone.
On the status page click Subscribe to Updates and open the phone tab.
Enter your mobile country code and number.
You will receive an SMS notification whenever a critical incident is created and resolved. You won't receive an SMS for scheduled maintenance or other non critical alerts.
The SMS confirmation message will contain an unsubscribe link, should you wish to stop receiving updates via SMS.
You can also reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
(If you unsubscribe from SMS you will continue to receive email notifications from Pepperi.)
Pepperi is not responsible for any cost incurred from your cell provider for incoming text messages.
