Technical workflow

• Online Listener uses Outbound TLS (SSL) communication over Web Socket (aka Tunneling) - no Inbound port on the firewall is needed

Data From Pepperi to SAP :

• Online Listener gets an XML message triggered from the App (Webhook configured on the integration platform) then runs "out-of-process" Exe that calls SAP DI API to insert/update SAP Bl — and returns an immediate response to Pepperi server and Pepperi App

Data From SAP to Pepperi :

• Integration Platform runs a scheduled task that trigger a call to the Online Listener and sends it an XML message — the listener runs "out-of-process" Exe that uses the XML configuration to run SQL query on SAP SQL or HANA DB — returns the data to Pepper(s IPAAS — which uploads and maps it to the defined target object.
