Content Management Solution Quick Setup is only one of Pepperi's Quick Setup connectors, allowing you to simply integrate to external systems using a quick setup configuration interface in the back office.
The Content Management Solution allows you to manage and share secure content to Pepperi users. All of your content can be managed by a "Content Manager / Brand Manager", responsible for simply placing the right assets in the right folders, and the content will be displayed to the right users in the right context within the Pepperi app.
Contact your Pepperi Customer Success Manager to get pricing and enable this connector.

Resources
The configuration is based on Resources (Transactions, Activities, Accounts, Items, Catalogs) that you configure for each type of document that you want to make available.
In each resource you configure, you will define a link field and a file/folder name mapping field.
You can configure as many resources as you need:
Create the following custom fields in your resources:
- A custom field of type "Link" that will be updated automatically with the link to the specific document/folder
- You may also need a custom field of type "Single Line Text" with the value of the file or folder name" that will be used to map the filename to the resource.
- In some cases you may use an existing field to map the filename, such as:
- Transaction ExternalID - a PDF file of the invoice for a specific Transaction will be named <TransactionExternalID>.pdf ie "70078965.pdf"
- Account ExternalID - a folder of documents relevant to this customer will be named <AccountExternalID> ie "300762"
- In some cases you will need to create a custom field to map the filename, this will typically be for Item or Catalog related files. For example:
- A file for a specific category of items.
- A pdf file named "Wines.pdf", for all the wines category items - upload the value "Wines" in your Items configuration for all wine items.
- Or a video file named "Boutique Wineries.mp4" for all the boutique winery items - upload the value "Boutique Wineries" for all the boutique winery items.
- A file for a specific category of items.
- In some cases you may use an existing field to map the filename, such as:
A quick setup task runs in the iPaaS that sets the value of the Link field with the link to the FTP file or folder indicated in the file name field.
You can define multiple configurations for each type of link to content you need to generate.
Each configuration is for a different Resource.
Create configurations by the user profiles that you will display them to. For example a folder for Buyers to view their documents, or a folder for Reps to view marketing material.
Schedule the quick setup to run on the schedule that you require links to content to be updated. This depends on how often you plan to update and add content to the FTP site.
