Pepperi’s Message Center enables you to streamline communication with your sales team and account managers, ensuring that everyone stays informed and engaged.

Send push notifications - a powerful mobile-first communication channel that keeps your users informed and allows them to take action. A tap on the notification will open the relevant area in the Pepperi app. The notification will appear on any device that the user is logged in to Pepperi on, even  if the app is closed.

Related Items

Related items make finding and buying relevant products easier for your reps and buyers.

With this add-on, businesses can personalize the shopping experience for customers, promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ultimately drive higher sales. Whether accessed through the web or mobile apps, the carousel format of related items provides a visually appealing and user-friendly way for customers to discover complementary products and make informed purchasing decisions.

Display a carousel of products on each product detail page with:

• Substitutions in case of low stock
• Recommended to purchase together
• Same group/sub-group
• Same promotional pricing on these items

Take control of your online presence with our Page builder add-on. Easily create a stunning homepage for your buyers highlighting the promotions, categories, and products you wish to focus on. Personalize experiences for different buyer groups by creating multiple home pages with different messaging and layout.

Use the page builder to design a homepage by dragging and dropping Slideshow and Gallery blocks containing graphic assets, and action buttons linking to specific items or filters in the catalog.

 

Drive larger and smarter sales with the Pepperi Insights add-on. Make informed buying decisions by providing the user with operational analytics dashboards based on role and hierarchy, all within the sales process.

Use Insights to guide reps and buyers towards sales programs, new product launches, targets and KPI's, sales statistics and more.

Open Catalog (Add-on)

Using Pepperi’s Open Catalog you can present your products on your website using existing Pepperi data. Configure everything in Pepperi’s back office, just like any other catalog view, to show only the fields you require.

Add a “sign up” link, converting your potential customers to customers who can place orders in Pepperi’s B2B eCommerce for online ordering.

The Open Catalog has a modern look and feel, providing smart tools for search and filtering and uses the latest technologies for fast response time. 

Once the Open Catalog is configured in your Pepperi back office , you can then configure the layout on your WordPress site using the Pepperi Open Catalog WordPress Plugin.

If you are not using WordPress for your web site, an API is provided to build your own headless design.

Content Management Solution (Add-on)

Easily share and distribute content to your users with Pepperi’s CMS add-on.

Manage content in folders using a secure dynamic link to an FTP site and make it available within the context of Pepperi Profiles, Catalogs, Items, Transactions, and Accounts.

Pepperi’s CMS connector includes storage on Pepperi's FTP Site (up to 10GB with additional storage available at a fee). You can use your own FTP/SFTP site if required.

• Share marketing material with your sales team -  videos, brochures, case studies, promotion sheets
• Share financial documents with your customers (per Account) - Invoices/Returns
• Share operational material with Merchandisers - such as Planograms

Publitas Connector (Add-on)

Turn your static PDF catalogs into interactive, revenue-driving marketing assets with the Publitas connector directly within Pepperi!

This add-on requires a Publitas subscription. Sync all product info from Pepperi to the Publitas PDF catalogs. Your Reps and Buyers can browse your beautifully designed PDF catalogs in the Pepperi mobile and web app and simply click on the product hotspots to add items directly to the Pepperi shopping cart.
