well done
Looks like the FieldName "Item Name" dosen't exist, but is named "Name" ? Would also be nice to know the limits, fx. String 80 Chars or alike for fields where a limit exists.
Using the import wizard select 'Description' for name.
Item 'Property' 9 is in reality 'Second Category' and creates automatically a Catalogue Filter for each value.
