Configure lists of all your Account contacts in the Pepperi Manager App on a browser. GDPR (or other data protection regulations) require you to have the ability to search for and permanently delete your individual's contact data from your Pepperi data upon their request. Contact Lists enable you to do this. After creating the lists following the instructions below, you will be able to permanently delete your contacts upon their request: Deleting Contacts.
Note: Contact Lists will be released with our first GDPR compliant release of the Manager App. You will be notified upon release and will be able to register for an online training session on this topic.
Contacts are loaded under Accounts. Contacts are associated with your customers (typically people who work at the stores you sell to). They may be buyers using the Pepperi Storefront for self-service ordering, or simply contact people that you want your Pepperi reps or other users to be able to see.
If you are using Pepperi Storefront for B2B self-service ordering, then you must load at least one contact for each store you wish to access the Storefront and connect them as a buyer. You may connect as many contacts as you need from each store as buyers. For instructions on loading and connecting contacts see: How to connect / disconnect customers to Self-service ordering
Example of a Contact List view in the Pepperi Manager app:
Create several contact lists, each filtered for your needs. For example all contacts with a certain role, or with emails containing "mycompany.com".
To create Contact Lists go to: Settings -> Contacts -> Contact Lists
Click Create New List
In the "General Info" section you can define a list based on filters. For example, you can filter by any contact fields such as email, ID, first/last name, Hidden, and more.
In the "Configuration" define the fields to be added as columns in the list.
Configure the search criteria for all contact lists.
Search - configure which fields you can search the list by when typing into the search box. You may search by any field, for example search by name, ID, city, role, etc.
Smart Search - configure which fields the smart search menus will appear for in the left margin of the list.

Add the Contact List to the Home Screen. Users logging in to the Manager App on a browser will be able to see the lists (note that mobile device users will not see the button on the home screen).
